We contracted with Southern Majestic Homes for the demolition of a house in Orlando. From the first conversation that I had with Stan Dority and Cynthia Melendez to the very end of the project they were both complete professionals in every way. They handled absolutely everything from start to finish. As is expected with any kind of construction project, unforeseen things pop up. When they did Stan and Cynthia kept me completely aware of where things stood and they always got the "okay" from me before doing anything. They did not make any assumptions...they always cleared any additional work with me before proceeding. The job went exactly as they said it would. One of the highest compliments that I give them is their availability: every phone call was answered immediately (or a call back came very quickly) , and every text message and email was followed up on rapidly. I never, ever had to chase them around. I would highly recommend Southern Majestic Homes!

They did a great job demolishing a building for me.

They demo a unfished pool in our backyard. Super helpful when I told them I could not remove the fence from my neighbors and this created a smaller access for them. They adapted and where able to do the work. Always available to my questions and adjusted when needed to move the dates of demo per my request. I will strongly recommend

All went great, from contact, to contract, to bust up pool, removal, to fill with dirt! Very nice people to do business with!

Contacted Southern Majestic Homes for concrete removal. A lot of concrete removal! Stan was able to meet us the next day and give us a quote. The job became a nightmare of junk and layer upon layer of concrete. Stan kept his word and removed all of it, including a few stumps. The yard became a yard in less than two days! If you want it done and done right, call Southern Majestic!

Southern Majestic Homes did our demolition work and was absolutely A+ perfect! Price was the best, follow-up & communication was excellent, they quickly pulled a permit through our county, and the entire project was completed in 1 week even though we had lots of rain.
